The Aeolian-Skinner Organ, 1955-
The first-ever solo recording of Trinity's magnificent 1955 Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ is now available.  Entitled The Aeolian-Skinner Sound, it features nearly 70 minutes of favorite organ music by Bach, Handel, Dupre, Vierne,Widor, Franck and others played by Trinity's organist-choirmaster, Lorenz Maycher.  The recorded sound is superb, and the CD jacket includes special notes written by Charles Callahan and Marvin Beinema.  The CD is available from Lorenz for $15, or online at www.ravencd.com, and may also be purchased at Compact Disc Center on Easton Avenue, in Bethlehem.
