The Choirs
The Adult Choir May 26, 2002 The adult choir plays an important part in the life of Trinity Church, participating in over 40 services each year, singing anthems in each service, and leading the congregation in the singing of hymns, Psalms and service music.  Our choir library is extensive, and includes masterworks from twelve centuries of church music literature. Choir rehearsals are on Thursday evenings at 7:15, September through May.  And, a summer choir meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00, June through August. The Children's Choir performs an anthem during the 10:30 am service, once per month.  They have sung an Introit at the beginning of the service, as well, and may sing with the adult choir if needed. Members of the choir will experience the following: ear training liturgy and hymns of the church easy note reading anthems to be performed Last year several choir members participated in a Children's Choir festival held at Nativity Cathedral in February.
